Since the creation of Piper-Heidsieck in 1785, the style of our champagnes have been inspired by our pursuit of authenticity and genuine quality. Vintage cuvées are made from exceptional harvests only, thus becoming Piper-Heidsieck’s interpretation of the characteristics of that specific year.

The first light, mineral impression is followed by subtle floral notes of fern and wild rose which lead to delicately fruity aromas of dry apricot and sultana raisins. This attractively mature wine reveals its elegant charm with a bouquet of sweet nougat, milk caramel and mint.
The attack is fresh and youthful and is rapidly followed by a sensation of fullness. Notes of Mediterranean dried fruit, such as fig, are intertwined with elegant touches of Virginia tobacco and leather. The wine has a refreshing finish with a smooth hint of slightly milky tea flavoured with bergamot.
